- Third-party costs, including domain registration, web hosting, software licenses, premium plugins, advertising spend, or other external service fees.
4. Project Cancellation
Clients may request to cancel a project before work begins.
If cancellation is requested after work has started, Aeroweb reserves the right to charge for the work completed up to the cancellation date. Any remaining balance may be refunded at our discretion.
5. Revision Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
Most design and development projects include a limited number of revisions as specified in the project agreement or quotation. Additional revisions or changes outside the original project scope may incur additional charges.
6. SEO & Digital Marketing Services
SEO and Digital Marketing results depend on many external factors, including search engine algorithms, market competition, website condition, and user behavior.
Therefore, Aeroweb does not guarantee:
- Specific keyword rankings
- Traffic increases
- Sales or revenue
- Lead generation results
Refunds are not available based solely on marketing performance or ranking expectations.
7. Website Development
Once a website has been approved and delivered, it is considered completed. Any future modifications, additional features, or maintenance requests may require separate payment unless covered under an existing maintenance agreement.
8. Chargebacks
If you have any concerns regarding your purchase, please contact Aeroweb before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of current and future services.
